1.Do you have ISO certificate or other certificate?

We have ISO 9001 quality system certificate and CE certificate.
2. If we confirm the order, how will you go with our order? How is your management system for mould making?
       We have a complete management system. From order confirmation to shipment, our project dept. will take charge of the order wholly. We will report the order status periodically.
The following is our mould production flow chart:

1. Product design

2. Customer confirm the product design, then start the mould design

3. After the mould design confirmation, then place the production list

4. Mould base and components purchasing and production

5. Follow the tooling process by processing dept.

6. 1st Mould testing (or 2nd Mould testing if necessary), check the product dimension and take down the mould testing report.

7. Send the testing sample to customer for improvements or confirmation, and instruction of mould shipping.

8. Mould packing and shipment, together with mould operation instruction, mould assembling drawing, spare parts list and mould quality certificate.

       We have our own R&D dept. specially for new technology research and development.

5.  Do you have the checking system to make sure the mould quality?
       We have a complete management system. Our project dept. will arrange mould checking and supply the checking report in detail. Only when the mould is qualified, can the mould be shipped out.
6.  After the mould delivered, there are some problems when working in our country, how to resolve this problem?
       We offer our customer not only a mould or a machine, but a fine solution. If the mould has problems, please inform me the problem (show it by photos). We will offer you the best solution to settle the problem.
